Airport Transfer Notes & Regulations
  1. Booking Details: Please ensure all fields are completed, including Passenger Name, Email, Flight Info, Date/Time, Number of Passengers, Luggage Count, and Payment Method. Incomplete info may affect service arrangements.
  2. Identification & Communication: As most guests are from overseas, the name provided will be used for pickup signs at the airport or hotel. Email will be our primary channel for all notifications; please ensure it is correct.
  3. Payment: We accept Cash (in-car) or Online Credit Card. Please select one in the form.
  4. Booking Deadline: Please complete your booking at least 5 days prior to your trip. Remember to check your Inbox and Spam folder for notifications.
  5. Changes: Any changes must be requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. Within 6 hours, changes may not be possible due to driver scheduling.
  6. Waiting Time (Departure): Please board within 30 mins of the scheduled time. If unreachable, the trip will be canceled.
  7. Waiting Time (Arrival): Please board within 90 mins of the actual flight arrival. If unreachable after 90 mins, the trip will be canceled.
  8. Child Safety Seats: Per Taiwan law, children must use safety seats. If traveling with children, please specify during booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if not informed in advance.

Convention Shuttle​

To provide Rotary members from around the world with the smoothest mobility experience during the Taipei Convention, the event has officially designated 55688 - Taiwan Taxi as the transportation service provider.
We have specially arranged exclusive taxi shuttle points between the two main venues: Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center and Taipei Dome.
This shuttle service is user-paid, with fares calculated by the government-regulated meter. Our professional drivers are committed to providing you with a comfortable and safe riding experience.

After the session ends, please walk through the underpass connecting Taipei Dome to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall to reach the Taxi Pickup Point.​

Charter Service Notes & Regulations
Passenger Notice
  1. Included: Fuel, tolls, parking, and driver’s meal.
  2. Not Included: Personal meals, souvenirs, and entrance fees.
  3. Attractions: Please confirm opening hours 2 days in advance. For changes, dial 55688 (ext. 9, then 5).
  4. Onboard Rules: No eating, smoking, sunscreen application, perfume spraying, taking off shoes, kicking seats, spitting, or littering. Damage or stains will require cash compensation on-site.
  5. Photography: Drivers are not professional photographers; please do not request photo assistance.
  6. Tips: Tipping is optional, with a standard starting rate of NT$100.
  7. Receipts: Receipts will be issued based on the order date. Please provide company details and address if needed.

Overtime & Surcharges
  1. Early/Late Fee: An extra NT$500 applies for departures before 08:00 or arrivals after 22:00 (Pay cash to driver).
  2. Overtime Rates:
    - 4-Seater: NT$250 per 30 mins / NT$500 per hour.
    - 7-Seater: NT$350 per 30 mins / NT$700 per hour.
  3. Inter-district Fee: Starting from NT$500 if the pickup/drop-off is outside the package area.
  4. Traffic/Nature: Overtime fees apply even if caused by traffic or natural factors.
  5. Shuttle Bus: If traffic control is in place, passengers must cover the cost of required shuttle transfers.

Cancellation Policy
  1. 21–30 days prior: 10% fee.
  2. 11–20 days prior: 20% fee.
  3. 4–10 days prior: 30% fee.
  4. 1–3 days prior: 70% fee.
  5. Same day/No-show: No refund.
  6. Force Majeure: Full refund or rescheduling if hit by typhoons, earthquakes, etc.
